Why Your Back Pain Keeps Coming Back

Resilient Mind, Calmer Back

A science-based approach to reducing pain sensitivity in chronic low back pain

A 90-minute, nurse-led workshop designed to help you understand pain differently -
without pushing, forcing, or ignoring your body

Thursday, April 2, 2026

Live on Zoom • 6:00–7:30 pm PST
Includes downloadable workbook

VALUE

If you live with chronic low back pain, you may have noticed something confusing.

You follow recommendations.
You stay active.
You try to “do all the right things.”

And yet your back still feels guarded, tense, or unpredictable.

For many women, pain persists not because they’ve failed —
but because chronic low back pain is rarely just about the spine.

Pain sensitivity is influenced by the nervous system, stress load, inflammation, past experiences, and how safe movement feels to your body.

This workshop offers science-based context — so pain makes more sense, and fear no longer drives every decision.
